Cooking with Aphrodisiacs
This course is aimed at people interested in cooking, who are looking for something different and want to surprise their family and friends with innovative and original recipes.
Each session lasts 3 hours.
SYLLABUS
First Session:
- Presentation of so-called aphrodisiac raw materials.

Creation of appetizers and starters.
Second Session:
- Aphrodisiac hors d'œuvres and starters.
- Aphrodisiac dishes using fish and/or seafood.
Third Session:
- Aphrodisiac dishes using fish and/or seafood.
- Aphrodisiac dishes using meat.
Fourth Session:
- Aphrodisiac desserts.
- Creation of an aphrodisiac menu.
Fifth Session:
- We will put into practice all the things we learn and, apart from completing the menus, we will emphasise the setting (illumination, decoration, smells and so on).

Fees should be paid a week beforehand. A copy of the deposit receipt should be sent to the School for the registration to be valid.
- In case of cancellation two days before the iniation of the course, the School will withhold 25% of the registration, for administration expenses.

In case of cancellation once the course has started, the School will withhold 50% of the registration, for administration expenses.
