 The Art of Cocktail
Theoretical and practical course of initiation and improvement in the world of cocktails, where apart from learning the techniques to elaborate cocktails you can also see demonstrations on how to prepare most internationally known cocktails known. The audience participates directly and learns the general and specific characteristics of the drinks that make up an American bar.
SYLLABUS
First Session: Introduction to the art of cocktail making. Cocktail Manhattan and Cocktail Alexander.
- History of cocktails.

- The function of ice.
- A few cocktails.

Second Session: Alcohol. Creation of Champagne Cocktails.
- Spirits.
- Liqueurs.

- Holiday cocktail making.
Third Session: Cocktail maiking with natural and bottled juices.
- Cocktails at home.
- Bartender club. A.B.E. Catalunya (Spanish Association of Bartenders).
- Alcohol-free cocktail making.
Fourth Session: Decorations. Creation of creative cocktails.
- Decorations.
- Creation of new cocktails.
- The bartender as an artist.
- Creation of cocktails.
Fifth Session: New Cocktail Making Technology.

Fees should be paid a week beforehand. A copy of the deposit receipt should be sent to the School for the registration to be valid.
- In case of cancellation two days before the iniation of the course, the School will withhold 25% of the registration, for administration expenses.

In case of cancellation once the course has started, the School will withhold 50% of the registration, for administration expenses.
