  It should be done at least a week in advance and a copy of the payment sent to the School.
  If there is a cancellation two days before the beginning of the course, the School will keep 25% of the payment to cover administration costs.
  If the course is cancelled once it is started, the School will keep 50% of the total to cover administration costs.
